Sleep Mode supplies a constrained ACP configuration at launch, observes structured session events, and can send bounded recovery prompts. The initial connector intentionally exposes only read/search tools.
Capabilities are explicit and provider-specific. A closed capability cannot be enabled by changing a dashboard toggle.
